RRC Group D Selection Process

The Group D exam released by RRB consists of three stages in total:

  • Computer Based Test (CBT)
  • Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
  • Document Verification and Medical

RRC Group D Physical Efficiency Tests (PET)

After RRB CBT Exam board will issue merit list of qualified candidates. All these qualified candidates will be called for Second stage i.e. Physical Eligibility Test (PET). This test will be of qualifying nature and should be mandatory for all. You can look below PET Criteria for male and female also.

For MaleFor Female
Weight: Candidates Should be able to lift and carry 35 Kg of weight for a distance of 100 meters in 2 minutes in one chance without putting the weight down.
Running: Should be able to run for a distance of 1000 meters in 4 minutes and 15 seconds in one chance.
Weight: Candidates Should be able to lift and carry 20 Kg of weight for a distance of 100 meters in 2 minutes in one chance without putting the weight down.
Running: should run for a distance of 1000 meters in 5 minutes and 40 seconds in one chance.

Answer: 100 multiple choice questions will be asked in this exam.
